Can I change or cancel an order?

If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we can make changes to it. Please contact us as soon as possible through the Contact page.

What are the delivery times?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Portugal and Spain: 5 to 10 business days
- Rest of Europe: 7 to 15 business days CHANGE OR NOT

How can I track the status of my order?

You will receive an email with the tracking code. You can also track your order through the Order Tracking page.

What payment methods are accepted?
